Awaken and Ascend with Crystals

Like so many people from the first wave of Indigo’s I didn't feel as if I belonged.  At 12 yrs old I thought to myself “why am I so different from other people, other kids, my family? I must be adopted” I had such a strong feeling that I went looking for adoption papers, however, what I found was my birth certificate.

As a child in school, I would have been labeled with ADHD. My mind went from thought after thought, as soon as I began to read, thoughts would come running in. During 7th grade, while I was sitting in class, I asked myself “Why can't I learn or read like everyone else”? 43 Years later, I learned of the awakening,  I thought "finally answers that make sense”.  Many of us born between 1945 through 1970, volunteered to assist the earth during this current awakening and the end of the current cycle.   I learned that I am not alone, thousands of other people were going through the same experiences. We are the first wave of volunteers to have come to the earth to assist the earth in moving from the 3rd to the 5th dimension.

In the 90’s, I began having out of body experiences. It started with a surge of electrical energy, beginning at my feet and slowly moving up my body, wave after wave until my light body lifted out. I felt paralyzed at times, unable to scream, feeling a presence.  This all increased in 2003, I began going through another wave of awakening. The electrical surges, body aches, emotional waves, depression, anxiety, always thinking of the past.

Around 2005 I was attracted to crystals not really knowing why, I realized spirit was guiding me as they did since I was 12. I began recalling the visions of speaking with people on a tv screen, this was 50 years ago. Having prophetic dream.

During this time, I found a mystical store right in town, they had crystals and books, so I began to purchase them. I had an aura photo taken and my aura was indigo color. In a dream, I was shown a contract from my akashic record by an angel. She pulled out one page and on that page I saw L-Kundalini. I asked what is Kundalini? After understanding that Kundalini was a yoga, I realized that in 1990, when I had those waves of electrical surges, it was my kundalini awakening. 

Realizing what was happening, in meditation, the electrical feeling in my hands and body I realized I was feeling better so I prayed during a meditation I prayed to god, thanking my spirit guides and asking what I should do next. After meditation for an hour I was guided to pick up a book, any book, which I did. I opened it and In the middle of the book I saw one sentence “It must be shared with the world”. I asked How? I am only one person. I began speaking in expos, I was called by an educator from a college, I was asked to speak about the indigos and I was asked to speak every year. The doors began to open. While the doors began to open, my energy had changed, I began to emanate an electromagnetic frequency throughout my entire body.

I met a woman online and she taught  Reiki and I took 3 classes and I was certified as a Reiki Master. I began to search for people like myself hoping to find others like myself, I decided to participate in an expo doing readings. I met the two women who were running the expo. One had a Holistic center and asked me to help her at her office, of course I said yes. She asked me if I wanted to teach people to raise their vibration and of course I said yes.=l

I received a call to assist her with a Reiki class and healing session. After she did her class and her symbols. She did a 30 minute healing session and she asked the gentlemen if he could feel her energy. His reply “I don't feel anything from you, however, I feel a lot from Lisa. She stated “Well if you can feel Lisa’s, Lisa can finish. She immediately got up and walked out of the room slamming the door, the gentlemen and I just looked at each other and I knew that every statement would create problems. My first encounter with a woman, who I thought was spiritual, I finally saw her true self, a woman with a huge ego. I took additional classes to increase my knowledge and became a  spiritual guide for the Hierarchy of Light, the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of Light. Thinking I was joining like minded individuals, I thought I would fit right in. I continued to further my education but continued my journey just how I began, Alone.

Due to those experience's, I never spoke about my electromagnetic frequency. I knew people could feel my energy but I never talked about it, I didn't bring it up.

I believe we are here to help each other, to raise our vibration and frequency, to help others raise theirs, to assist them in activating that divine spark in their heart and help them grow their torus field (Aura, Biofield), to help our planet raise hers, this is why our souls have volunteered to incarnate on this planet at this time, to work together. We must remain empathic, compassionate, humble, hold unconditional love without judgement, just to help each other during this process.

Crystals helped me to raise my vibration and frequency, they helped me to activate my divine spark, to connect my mind and heart,  helped me to grow my electromagnetic field, biofield, aura from electrical to electro-magnetic. To connect my mind, heart, actions and reactions.  This is the first time I am making it public.

I have decided to help as many people as possible before 2032. If you feel the call, the heart to help others, I invite you to join me. 

Time is of the essence.

 Based on Dolores Cannon's work, there are three waves of volunteers, souls incarnating on Earth to assist with humanity and a planetary evolution, arriving in distinct waves: 

• First Wave (Late 1940s – 1960s): These are the trailblazers who struggled most with Earth's heavy energy, violence, and emotions.
• Second Wave (1970s – 1980s): These are described as "beacons" or channels of energy. Their purpose is to simply exist and share their energy to help others, rather than engaging in direct action.
• Third Wave (Late 1980s – Present): Known as the "new children" (including teenagers today), they possess advanced DNA, high intelligence, and are capable of navigating the newly transformed Earth. 

These volunteers have collectively come to boost the planet's vibrational frequency and aid in the transition to a "New Earth"

What Is The Process Like?

It is important to note the process of spiritual awakening is different for everyone. Yet, here's an idea of what you may experience.

1. The Initiation

At the onset of spiritual awakening you may begin to encounter inner turmoil or a sense of feeling disconnected from this world. You will also develop an awareness of the ego as separate from yourself, and acknowledge a greater energy at work within this universe.

This initiation into the journey of awakening often occurs after a life-changing event or experience. During this time you will feel a call  to look inward and begin the process of self-evaluation.

2. The Query

A spiritual awakening opens your eyes to the areas of your life in need of healing. After the process has started you may move into a period of questioning as you confront limiting beliefs and negative behavioral patterns. If you were following a religious path you may also experience a dismantling of this belief system as you seek to make sense of this world.

3. The Quest

On the path to spiritual awakening, you may begin to inquire about various spiritual practices as a means to gain a sense of divine wisdom and deepen your understanding of this world. This can be through attending spiritual centers of worship, reading sacred texts or doing research on other religions. Religious belief systems provide us with many paths to spiritual awakening. Many religions provide us with a perfect place to start until we are able to stand on our own two feet. For instance, The Noble Eightfold Path in Buddhism outlines steps towards perfect peace (Nirvana). 

The knowledge and depth of this universe are far beyond what can be contained by any one religion. This may lead you on a quest through many religious traditions before you choose to commit to one or you may even take a hybrid approach by adopting principles from a variety of faiths.

4. Integration

During your spiritual awakening journey light is shed on the wounds within your soul in order for you to seek healing. As these wounds are revealed, you'll feel compelled to seek support through the form of traditional therapy, spiritual guidance, coaching services and spiritual healing practices.

As you seek healing and guidance, you are clearing out negative thought patterns and making room for divine knowledge and wisdom to flow through. Healing helps to shift into a new paradigm and elevate your conscious mind.

5. Oneness With The Universe

At this point, you will experience a sense of oneness with the universe. You may lose your sense of self-identity (or separateness from the universe). In psychology this is described as the death of the ego. Ego death is a complete loss of one's sense of self or subjective self-identity. 

The Symptoms - What Does A Spiritual Awakening Feel Like?

As you go through a spiritual awakening you may feel a variety of symptoms from time to time. Especially, each time you experience a shift or up-leveling in your consciousness. Here are some symptoms you may experience:

Hypersensitivity & Heightened awareness 

 An increase in intuition and sense of awareness. Becoming more in tune with the environment around you. Becoming more empathetic towards others.

Overwhelming feelings of love 

 God is love. As you are experiencing an elevation in your conscious awareness you will be in increased contact with this divine love.

Lucid Dreams 

These are dreams in which you are aware of the fact that you are dreaming or feel as if you are awake within the dream.

Synchronicities 

 These are simultaneously occurring events that appear to be related to each other.

Feelings of De Ja Vu 

 This is having an experience that feels as if it occurred before or feels familiar.

Extreme peace and calm 

 Feeling a profound sense of inner peace.

Disillusion 

 This is feeling like you're in a dream-like state while awake in the current reality. You know you are awake, but yet you feel as if your life is a dream. This feeling is brought on by the dismantling of previous perceptions of reality.

Loneliness 

Having difficulty connecting with family and peers on a deeper level. Feeling as if they don't understand you may bring about feelings of isolation.

Superiority Complex 

Being caught up in a state of judgment of others. Feeling better or more enlightened than the people around you.

Disconnected 

 This is feeling a lack of attachment to this world. You may desire to find a new spiritually fulfilling career or devote your life to sacred endeavors. Or, you may lack interest in your peers.

How long does the spiritual awakening process take? 

It is important to note this is a maturational process much like aging. According to Buddhist principles, we will continue to learn and grow until we achieve nirvana. Nirvana, as defined by the Oxford dictionary, is a transcendent state in which there is neither suffering, desire, nor sense of self, and the subject is released from the effects of karma and the cycle of death and rebirth. It represents the final goal of Buddhism. 

Your journey towards spiritual awakening is a cyclical and ongoing process, for as long as you are in this life.
