When purchasing your crystal, keep in mind that it holds the energy of everyone who puts their hands on it. From the mind it came out of, to every person who held it. I run every new crystal through water, stating “I ask this water to cleanse all and all energetic imprints to be cleared from this crystal. Then I place it in a bowl of water and add sea salt. I leave it for an hour. Always set an intention as you cleanse, focusing on releasing negativity and restoring vitality.
There are some other ways to cleanse the crystals.
Cleanse crystals, use methods like smudging with sage, sound (bells, singing bowls), moonlight/sunlight (with care for delicate stones), running water, burying in earth, or placing them on selenite to clear stagnant energy and recharge their natural vibrations for new intentions.
Moonlight: Place crystals under the moon, especially a full moon, for a gentle, powerful cleanse and recharge.
Sunlight: A revitalizing method, but be cautious as some crystals (like Amethyst) can fade in direct sun; use for sun-loving stones like Citrine.
Visualization: Hold the crystal and imagine bright, white light washing over it, releasing negative energy.

In my early 30's, I had my first kundalini rise. However, I did not know what was happening to me. I tried to tell my mom after having precognitive dreams. She told me not to say anything because people would think I was a witch. I began taking classes in the hope to meet like minded people, but I should have been seeking like hearted people.

I have activated the divine spark within my heart and that activation changed the vibration I put out an to an electromagnetic frequency. Many healers would get jealous or just stayed away from me and all I did was help people and I questioned everything I did. I asked myself “Why? what have I done? Why? what have I done to keep people distant from me? Why? At the same time, this different vibration, it felt so good and I felt alive, I was alive.
I am bringing together a Spiritual Panel to assist with the awakening and ascension process here on Mother Earth.
In addition, we will encourage the people to meet one another with the purpose of starting their own community of like hearted people.
The purpose of the panel is to heal, educate, guide and share our experiences, wisdom and knowledge. I will begin this on zoom and then with God's help, take it public.

So I've campaigned to get parents elected to the Board of Education ( BOE) in my town that embraces God's way of learning and living. I know God doesn't want us to be silent so I speak at BOE meetings, sometimes even about nutrition 😊.
I'm also involved with a group called NJ stands up which supports health freedoms, sometimes I will go to Trenton to testify for our health freedom, just as God gives us a choice for free will to listen to our heart or to listen to him I believe we have a choice what we put in our bodies, especially since we are a temple for God,
The 1st amendment in the U.S. constitution gives us the right of Religious freedom. I feel that community is where we all need to get back to, helping each other out, we need to remember that we have more in common then we realize, after all we all are connected, we are ONE. I think if we take the time to show others the path ( The Yellow Brick Road ) it will be easier for people to learn.
